Deadline to certify invoicing software produced internally postponed to December 2014
The order no. 345/2014-XIX, of September 30, issued by the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, has postponed again, to 31 December 2014, the entry into force of the obligation of using certified invoicing software programs produced internally or by companies of the some economic group.
The deadline extension is due to the very large number of certification requests received by the Tax Authorities and the need to implement and test the software.
