The DSIECISV explains the voluntary mechanism procedures to report and pay the lightweight plastic bags contribution. These procedures apply only to non-taxable persons for the purposes of this contribution, concerning stocks, held at 31st January 2015, of lightweight plastic bags in relation to which the contribution has not been charged and paid.
