Emmanuel Cotessat representing the IVA has through the EU VAT Forum contributed to the production the subgroup’s report on prevention and solution of VAT double taxation disputes which responds to the call from the EU VAT Forum’s members to identify and highlight the current best practices and to analyse how to efficiently prevent and/or solve double taxation (or non-taxation) situations in the EU.
