If you are a VAT taxable person and submit quarterly or monthly returns in this case this year you do not have to pay an advance in December on the VAT with regard to your transactions for:
- the fourth quarter of 2020 (if you submit quarterly returns) or
- the month of December 2020 (if you submit monthly returns).
