Article 330º (last minute negotiation) indicates that all changes introduced to the communication of invoices rules enter into force in 1 January 2023.
Thus, the new obligation for VAT registers in Portugal (non-established entities) to communicate invoices monthly by SAFT-T will only enter into force in 1.01.2023.
